Hay un par de gimnasios cerca, una plaza comercial, tiendas, súper y algunos cafés, pero sigue siendo una zona tranquila y segura. El departamento es amplio y luminoso, y está totalmente amoblado y equipado, tiene pisos de madera en un edificio antiguo con . Tiene sala, comedor, cocina y lavadora y un pequeño patio interior con plantas.
