**English at the bottom . Hola a todos! :) Se busca nuevo roomie para agradable departamento en calle Atlixco, Condesa. Se puede hacer muestras virtuales si les interesa. Es un departamento de 3 habitaciones en 2 plantas y seríamos 3 personas en total. EL edificio no cuenta con estacionamientos, pero hay pensiones muy cercanas. El cuarto disponible está en planta inferior, se renta amueblado con cama, escritorio con silla, espejo, ventilador, y closet amplio. Se comparte un baño completo con 1 roomie. Yo tengo mi propio baño y ocupo la planta superior. La sala comedor es amplia e iluminada, la cocina esta totalmente equipada ( Horno, microondas, cafetera, lavadora, secadora) también área para tender ropa. Hay muchas plantas y un balcón donde se puede desayunar muy a gusto. La renta incluye todos los servicios, agua, electricidad, gas, internet y limpieza una vez por semana. Sobre mi. Soy Carlos, soy mexicano, trabajo en casa, hago arquitectura y producción musical. Vivo en la segunda planta y tengo un pequeño estudio, no se preocupen por el sonido pues mucho tiempo uso audífonos. Nuestro segundo roomie es María, es Española y trabaja como gestora cultural. We’re looking for a new roommate in cozy apartment in Atlixco st. Hipódromo, Condesa. It’s a 3 bedrooms apartment in 2 floors. The available room is in the first floor it shares the bathroom with only one roomie. It's furnished with a bed, desk and chair, mirror, fan and large closet. I'm staying in the upper room. We also have a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer) Also an area to hang clothes outside. A lot of plants and a cozy balcony excellent for breakfast. We also have access to the roof top directly from my studio where we could organize a tasty grill on weekends with great views and sunsets. The rent includes all services, internet, water, gas, electricity and a cleaning lady once per week. About me: I'm Carlos, Mexican I do architecture and also music production. I'm staying in the second floor and I have a small production studio (but no worries for the noise, I use very much headphones) Our second roomie is María from Spain, she's an Art historian, curator and works in Cultural Management.
