Private room with its own key in a safe and quiet home near ISU/ IEU/ UPAEP/ BUAP Medicine Faculty. Close to take public bus. Semi furnished (pillows, and blankets are not provided), double side bed, with WiFi, desk and chair, big closet, kitchen, laundry room and all services included (light, hydro, gas). Cleaning services on the common areas and bathrooms are once per week. If requested to clean the rental bedroom will be arranged with the cleaning Lady. Friendly host. Monthly rent: $6,000 MXN. Minimum stay: 6 months. We speak Spanish and English. We are Canadians and Mexicans who understand Mexico culture. My daughter and I can provide a basic tour in the city so you will get familiarized and can help -upon requested- with any school paperwork u other. We have 3 friendly cats and the areas are cleaned on a daily basis. Pets are NOT allowed to enter the Kitchen. One full bathroom with large mirror and lots of space to place your belongings.
