Semi furnished (pillows, and blankets are not provided), double side bed, with WiFi, desk and chair, big closet, kitchen, laundry room and all services included (light, hydro, gas). Cleaning services on the common areas and bathrooms are once per week. If requested to clean the rental bedroom will be arranged with the cleaning Lady. Friendly host. Monthly rent: $6,000 MXN.
