1 room room of 57 m² in Mexico City

Hola! Estamos buscando un tercer roomie para nuestro depa en la colonia Juárez. Estamos en la calle Hamburgo, a dos cuadras de la Diana y a unos 10 minutos caminando del Ángel de la Independencia. Muy cerca también de Roma-Condesa, muchas estaciones de ecobici y Metrobús cerca. Es un departamento de unos 120 m2 con tres cuartos. El depa es completamente amueblado, el cuarto también. Habitamos dos amigos de 33 y 29 años, ambos trabajamos, uno 100% en casa y el otro híbrido. El baño para este cuarto sería compartido. La mensualidad está en 12,000 MXN incluyendo ya todos los servicios (renta, agua, luz, gas, internet, garrafones y limpieza cada lunes). La convivencia es muy buena, ambiente relajado. Las reglas son simples, usar el sentido común (sacar la basura, poner otra bolsa en el bote, guardar los trastes secos, mantener el orden) y limpar la cocina después de usarla. Bienvenidas visitas, amigos, pareja, familiares. No aceptamos mascotas, ya que los muebles son del depa y no quisiéramos tener problemas con la arrendadora. We are on Hamburgo street, two blocks from Diana and about 10 minutes walking from the Angel of Independence. Also very close to Roma-Condesa, many ecobici and Metrobús stations nearby. It is an apartment of about 120 m2 with three rooms. The apartment is fully furnished, the room is too. We live two friends aged 33 and 29, both of us work, one 100% at home and the other one hybrid. The bathroom would be shared. The monthly rent is 12,000 MXN including all services (rent, water, electricity, gas, internet, drinking water jugs and cleaning every Monday). The coexistence is very good, relaxed atmosphere. The rules are simple, use common sense (take out the trash, put another bag in the bin, put away dry dishes, keep order) and clean the kitchen after using it. We welcome visitors, friends, partners, family. We do not accept pets, as the furniture is from the apartment and we do not want to have problems with the landlord. Meetings or parties can be held without any problem, with prior notice.
